Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders will be shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, delivery times depend on the destination country.

Every order has a 3–5 day fulfillment period before shipping. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Depending on your location, additional transit days may apply.

If you don’t see an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you cannot find a confirmation email, please reach out to us at

Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or size changes once your order has shipped. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Eris is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages once they’ve been handed off to the carrier. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim.

If you receive the wrong size or product due to an error on our end, we’ll make it right. Reach out to us at contact.erisbrand@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

General Care Instructions

  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Hand wash cold OR machine wash cold on delicate
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron on print
  • Do not dry clean

Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments.
